What we collect. When you subscribe to the newsletter, join a course waitlist, enroll in a course, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company, and role. We also use standard analytics to understand how the website is used.

How we use it. To deliver the newsletter and course you signed up for, respond to enquiries, process enrollments and payments, and send relevant updates about courses and content. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

Who processes it. Email and newsletter data is processed via Hostinger Reach; form submissions via Web3Forms; payments via our payment provider. Each processes data under their own privacy terms.

Your rights. You may unsubscribe from any email with one click, and you may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to genai.withprabhakar@gmail.com. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) requirements applicable to us.

Course access. Enrollment grants one individual access to the live sessions, recordings, community, and materials of the purchased course. Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing recordings or materials publicly is not permitted.

Recordings & materials. Enrolled students receive lifetime access to session recordings of their batch. Course materials are for personal professional use and remain the intellectual property of The AI Architect.

Schedule. Live session schedules are communicated to each cohort. Occasional rescheduling may occur; recordings are always provided.

Certificates are issued on completion of the course capstone requirements.

Limitation. Courses provide professional education; outcomes depend on your effort and context, and no specific career or business result is guaranteed.

7-day money-back guarantee. If a paid course isn't right for you, email genai.withprabhakar@gmail.com within 7 days of your batch start date and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid — no questions asked. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

EMI enrollments are eligible for the same guarantee on amounts paid within the window. After the 7-day window, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to the next batch once, free of charge, by writing to us before your batch's midpoint.
